Easter Treat for Monday Makes

Hi and welcome to another Monday Makes – this week we are doing ‘Easter’.  Now I had my project all planned but the ‘prop’ I had bought turned out to be too big so I had to go out and look for smaller ‘props’.  Just as well the shops have their Easter Eggs out good and early!

This little project came into my head as I was working on my Watercolour Tulips and while its great to get these ideas pop into your head sometimes its hard to get them onto paper … or cardstock as the case may be!

So what did I make??

Well an Easter Basket of course ….

Now this is a Ferrero Rocher Bunny and it could be that I dont get out often but I havent seen this guy before  and she fits perfectly into my little basket!  Now just so she doesnt go hungry I found some chocolate carrots as well … here’s a close up …

Now as I was out researching other props I found a few I couldnt resist …. we have Mother Hen and her Easter Chicks …

Now before she had chicks she had to have eggs ….

Easter Chicks and Easter Baby Bunnies ….

We cant have Easter without the delightful Gold Lindt Bunny now could we?

Now what Easter Basket is complete without a pretty bow on the handle?

I do hope you like my little Easter Basket – it was lots of fun to make!

Now remember today is the very last day of Sale-a-bration and in case you are wondering I havent earnt the Cruise … although all I need is a few orders and for just one person to join my Stampin’ Up! Team.  So if you’ve been considering joining Stampin’ Up! for a while and would love a little extra for your money and a sweet little thank you from me please contact me so we can get you all started.  I’d love nothing more than to have you part of my wonderful group of Stampin Lattes!  You can even have one of my Easter BAskets!!

Be sure to get your orders to me so you dont miss out on the Sale-a-bration freebies available.  Finishes tonight at 11.59pm but dont leave it too late as there’s usually a mad rush at the end and the servers go a little ratty.

Now before I leave you … you may remember this little guy I shared last week …

BunnyBoxFront BunnyBoxBack

Stampin’ Up! Feel Goods

I do apologise for my absence in posting since last week. As you know I attended the annual Stampin’ Up! Convention in Brisbane last week, returned home on Sunday afternoon and promptly woke with a burning sore throat and aches on Monday morning.  I’m feeling much better today as I’ve been taking my own ‘Time Out” going back to bed after sending the family off to work and school which has made all the difference I think.

Now I’m back into the swing of things I hope to be updating you on several of the happening from Convention over the next week.  I thought being Thursday it’s timely to get back to creating and sharing with you another Thursday Time Out!

Stamps: Feel Goods
Paper: Floral District DSP, Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Regal Rose
Inks: Island Indigo
Accessories: Big Shot, Apothecary Accent Framelits, Itty Bitty Shapes Punches, Pool Party Baker’s Twine, Basic Pearl Jewels

I love the saying in this stamp and wanted to go ‘bright’ inline with ‘sunshine’ so I hope I achieved that.

How aptly named is this set – Feel Goods ….

Want this set? simply click on the image to buy it now from my online store!

Dont these sayings make you Feel Good?  The good news is that this set is in the new Catalogue so you may just be seeing a bit more of it in the future.

Now that I’m pumped and inspired after Convention and I got to walk the stage three times for various achievements to which I have my wonderful customers to thank.  Now as my thank you I’m starting my very own frequent shopper program “Latte Shopper Rewards”!

As part of the Latte Shopper Rewards program you will receive one stamp for every $50 you order on your Latte Shopper card.  You can also earn an extra 2 stamps just by holding a Stampin’ Up! Party with me!

You can redeem your stamps as follows ….

  • 3 stamps can be traded for a Stampin Write Marker, Snail Adhesive, Dimensionals or Tombow Glue
  • 5 stamps can be traded for a Classic Ink Pad
  • 8 stamps can be traded for a Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Paper Piercing Pack or Clay Mould
  • 10 stamps can be traded for a $35 gift voucher

Latte Shopper Rewards Jibber Jabber ….

  • you will only receive stamps for every $50  so if you spend $90 you will only receive one stamp for that order however if you spend $101 you will get two stamps
  • once you use a number of stamps you start again from zero – so say you have 7 stamps on your card you can trade them for two items under the ‘3 stamp’ category so 2 markers or a pack of dimensionals and a bottle of tombow and you’d then be left with one stamp.
  • you will need to register for the program to participate so I have all your details on file for record keeping.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask me – dont forget to ask for your registration form and your Latte Shopper Card next time you order!

Dont forget to pop back tomorrow to grab the Retired Lists!

Happy Mother’s Day

To all the Mum’s, Grandmum’s and Great Grandmum’s out there – I wish you a very very Happy Mother’s Day.

Hopefully I’ve had some pancakes for breakfast and washed them down with a lovely coffee by now!

Last week I did a party for Kat and her friends and she requested a card and a box for Mother’s day so we made this little set …

Kat loves anything with black so thought the Vanilla and Black combo would make an elegant combination.

The card …

Adding the Pink Pirouette Taffeta ribbon just gave it a little touch of colour and lifted the card.

Oh look … I even popped in an insert ….

The stamps from the Wonderful Mother set are absolutely perfect for Mother’s Day or any card for your Mum!

The boxes were super easy to put together – I’ve used the Kraft Gift Box and just added one black panel and then a stamped Vanilla panel over the top on each side and the top as well. Those Kraft Gift boxes are a great buy as  you get 4 in a pack for just $4.95 – their finished size is 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ so perfect for many gifts!

Here’s the top of the box showing the tag and the scalloped flower on top – the girls loved making these and learning how to separate the layers of cardstock.  We spritzed them with a Shimmer mist to make them all shimmery and sparkly!

The ladies loved making their creations and were very pleased with their finished card and box.  Kat got her bonus $60 in Hostess benefits and then decided to join the Stampin Up! family and grabbed another bonus $60 products in her kit.  She’s as pleased as punch as she’s managed to get  a heap of free stuff this week!  I am excited to have her on my Stampin’ Up! Team!

What would you spend an extra $60 on??

All you have to do to get a bonus $60 worth of products is ….

  • Host a Stampin’ Up! Party before the end of May and when sales reach $400 you too will get a bonus $60 for free
  • dont have time for a Party? No worries – Have a Catalogue Party and still earn all the Hostess Benefits you would as if you had a regular party – I’ll even send you and your ‘guests’ a kit to make a project!
  • Join my Stampin’ Up! Team before the end of May and select $295.00 worth of Stampin’ Up! products and pay just $169!

Got questions?  No Worries … give me a call or email me your contact details and I’ll ring you!

Ready to join now? click the image below and join my team today! Also, if you do join today you will recieve a bonus gift from me to the value of $30!

Dont forget to give Mum a hug and spare a minute and say a prayer for all those who’s Mum’s are no longer with them.

Have a great Mother’s Day!

Time Out … for Mum

Happy Thursday and welcome to another Thursday Time Out!

Now my apologies for last week’s Time Out Newsletter disappearing into space. Gotta love modern technology – well I do when it works!

So today I’m sharing with you the card you should have received last week – it’s all good as it’s a Mother’s Day card and we havent had Mother’s Day yet!  Just three more days if you need to do a little shopping for Mum!

This week’s card is a little different as it’s a Diorama Card using Bordering on Romance ….

Stamp Set: Bordering on Romance, Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Paper: Whisper White, Twitterpated DSP, Pink Pirouette
Inks: Jet Black Stazon, Raspberry Ripple, Pretty in Pink, Lucky Limeade
Accessories: Simply Scored, 2 1/2″ Circle Punch, Paper Snips, Aqua Painter, Pearl Basic Jewels, Tombow Adhesive Glue, Dimensionals

This is such a sweet card and its very easy to make – it’s also a little different from a regular card so Mum will be blown away at your brilliance!

Now have you done your shopping for Mum for Mother’s Day??

No??  well here are a few suggestions for you ….

  • Go to my online store and place your order now or Contact me to place your order!
  • Get My Digital Studio for Mum for just $24.95 – download it onto her computer then on Mother’s Day she can put her feet up and create all sorts of digital goodness 🙂  Let me know your order is for Mum and I’ll send her a Gift Voucher for more Digital Downloads!
  • Contact me and arrange a Gift Voucher and I will email it to you so you can print it out and give it to her with your card – I’ll add 10% to what you pay – so if you pay $50 I’ll send you a voucher for $55!

Oh, Hello

Oh, Hello!

I do hope you are having a great day and that its not as chilly at your house as it is here – Autumn seems to have skipped right by and popped us right into Winter!  Its just 16°C and overcast and raining!  Well that makes perfect weather to stay inside and stamp does it not??

It’s Thursday again and here is this week’s Thursday Time-Out Card and I do think my Time-Out today will include a nice hot Latte and a blankie!

Stamps:  Oh, Hello
Paper: Crumb Cake, Naturals White
Inks:  Island Indigo, More Mustard
Accessories: Big Shot, Ovals Framelits, Itty Butterfly Punch, Stampin Sponges, Rose Red Stampin’ Write Marker, Gumball Green Stampin Write Marker, Basic Pearl Jewels, Simply Scored, Borders Scoring Plate.

This card is so super easy to do and I really wanted a simple card that would highlight the Borders Plate – rather impressed with myself that I used a different border to the scalloped dots one I love!  The Zig Zags fit this card perfectly I think – just a simple pattern that lifts the base card from plain to special!

Now you can grab the Oh, Hello Stamp Set & Oval Framelits in a bundle in the Seasonal Catalogue  ….

Oh Hello Bundle

Now you can buy the stamp set and framelits separately however if you purchase them in the bundle you do save 15% on the full price!!

The Bundle with the Clear Mount Set is $68.95 and in Wood its $76.95!  Click on the image to Order Now Online or Contact me to place your order – either way is good!

Dont forget these special offers …

Parker’s Patterns

Happy Thursday!!

Well it is here as I’ve had all sorts of wonderful stuff happen this week and one I cant share just yet and then an email this afternoon to say my Passport has been despatched!  So excited as this means I can then register for my Stampin’ Up! trip and get everything sorted for that!!

Now its time for this week’s Thursday Time-Out!

This card was one I cased from the talented Heather Summers from Canada.

This was one of the cards the girls made at Stamp Club on Tuesday.  They had asked for some male themed cards and here’s what I made ….

Stamps: Vintage Verses
Paper: Parkers Patterns DSP, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Marina Mist, Very Vanilla
Inks: Early Espresso, Soft Suede
Accessories: Square Punch, Big Shot, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Window Framelits, Festive Paper Piercing Pack, Paper Piercing Tool, Stampin Mat, Stampin Sponges, Linen Thread, Natural Trim Ribbon, Silver Basics Designer Buttons, Stampin Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Snail Adhesive, Tombow Multi Adhesive Glue.

I really love how this card turned out and even though it looks involved there’s really just the one stamp on it and a little sponging – the rest is just designer papers and cardstock.

I do hope this card feels ‘manly’ to you … I did ask hubby and he really liked it but maybe he was just being nice?

Now dont forget Sale-a-bration finishes tomorrow!

This is your last chance to get any of the freebies on offer and your last chance to get the Stampin Starter Kit with $294 worth of Stampin Up Products of your choice for just $169! That’s an extra 25% in your Starter Kit!!

There’s no forms to fill out and post off – you simply just order your kit online and pay with a debit or credit card – too easy!  Contact me now to ask any questions you might have or just click on the button below to go and order your kit!  !

Don’t forget you’ll go in the draw to win a Big Shot plus you’ll get a little welcome gift from me

You dont want to wake up Saturday and be like ….
