Good Morning … you know when you buy that particular item and then go to use it and you wonder why you really thought you needed it? Aha … I was like that with Pocketful of Sunshine!
Pocketful of Sunshine
I thought what a cool stamp set – you could do this, this or this. Then I went to use it last week and suddenly the mind is blank! What’s with that?
Now I know I’m not the only one this happens to and it’s not just with craft stuff either!
So what do you do? Well that’s when we turn to Pinterest or Google images. After scrolling for what seemed like hours looking for some inspiration for masculine cards it dawned on me. I thought why not emulate a man’s shirt with a pocket and use the pocket for a gift card? I mean it’s for Father’s Day afterall and we never know what to get for Dad so it’s usually a Gift Card of some variety.
Here’s what I came up with …
Now you could anything you want in the pocket for whatever occasion you are celebrating.
You can even change the paper you’re using for a different look …
The best part about this card is that it’s super quick and super easy to do. I liked it so much I decided to include it in this month’s Latte Card Club!
The Latte Card Club is a fun new club I started last month. For just $10 per month ( or get it free when you place a $50 order) you’ll receive two kits and tutorial (with measurements and instructions) to make two fun cards. You’ll get everything you need to complete the cards except for the stamped images and adhesives.
You can choose to use your own stamps or purchase the ones I’ve used. Any order you place while subscribing to the Latte Card Club will give you a 10% discount!
Thanks for stopping by and see you latte ..
