Lots of Happy

Good Morning!  Last week was a busy one for World Card Making Day and I did more Facebook Live’s in a week than I have before and it was fun to share lots of happy stamping projects.   Today I’m sharing my projects from Friday’s broadcast using the Lots of Happy Card Kit.

  •  Giftable kraft box
  •  Printed, gold foil, white, and vellum die-cut accents
  • White/gold foil labels
  • Basic Black Archival Stampin’ Spot
  • Full-size Watercolour Pencils in Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lime Twist, Old Olive, and Rich Razzleberry

It makes such sweet and lovely cards and would truly make a wonderful gift for anyone whether it be for a Birthday, Christmas or just because!  There’s even a refill kit available so you dont have to double up on the stamps, ink spot and watercolour pencils!

Lots of Happy Project Kit – Alternative Projects

I’ve got a couple of alternative projects to share with you too ….

This sweet card was quick and easy with the help of the Window Box Thinlits.  I coloured one of the flower die cuts in the kit using the Watercolor Pencils.  Then fussy cut the two flower posies to separate them and make them two.  I also coloured two of the single flowers.

Using the Big Shot and the WIndow Box Thinlits I cut out the striped piece and layered that onto Vanilla Cardstock to make it resemble a garden box.  This was layered onto my 4×4 card base with dimensionals.  I positioned my flower posies and popped them on with Dimensionals as well.

The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set and it was punched out with the Classic Label punch and affixed to my card with Glue Dots.  The little bow just sets it off perfectly!

Next project I used the Big Shot to cut out the pieces to make the Window Box in Sahara Sand.  Using the printed panel for the Hexagon Card I cut it to the size of the box and popped it on top after colouring and blending the flowers.

It makes a wonderful little gift box that can be used for many different things!  It would be a great disguise for giving a Gift Card and you could fill it up with sweets, chocolates or just tissue paper.  If you are one that give jewellry or smaller, thoughtful gifts it would also be the perfect box for that!

I’m thinking I might give it to my friends’ Son and Partner with some little booties inside for their brand new baby!

I am thinking that I may just make this a weekly feature as I had a lot of fun and it was a great way to finish off the week!

I know the World Card Making Day specials are over now but you still get great value in these kits and they always make wonderful presents and gifts.  If you have a crafter in your family now is a great time to start  your Christmas Shopping!  Maybe you need to help Santa out and get one organised for you from him!

Thanks so much for stopping by and see you latte
