Well I am packing … to go to Canberra in the morning! I am really looking forward to meeting all the demo’s I know so well from our online groups but also looking forward to those friends interstate that I only get to see once a year (and some twice 
)
Speaking of packing …. here’s a gorgeous little back pack I made recently with the lovely new Designer Series Paper pack Good Morning Sunshine.
I followed a tutorial that was rewritten for metric measurements by the very lovely and talented Kerri Hunter - who I will be seeing again this weekend!
These little backpacks are gorgeous and lots of fun to make. You can pop absolutely anything in them so you could make them for a new baby, new job, 21st or any occassion – how about making one for mum for mother’s day and filling it with her favourite things and maybe a pandora or two?? wonder if my hubby will read this?? suppose I’ll find out next weekend!
I’ve used the very lovely Designer brads as the closures on the top flap and the lower pocket and how nice is this paper? I love the colours and the funky design.

Beautiful Leonie….very well done. The colours are great together. I clicked on the link to Kerri’s blog to look up ‘how to’, but I cannot find the instructions to have a go at the backpack. Am I missing something?
