Pretty Blooms

Another hot day here today in Sydney – temperatures reaching 38°C (100°F) so it was definitely a day for sitting at my ‘creation station’ which is right under the air conditioner.  I do feel for those who dont have air conditioning or those who have outdoor careers – lets hope they drank plenty of water!

We are half way through our Christmas/Summer School holidays here and I love it cos I get to sleep in but I must say that the day goes very quickly when you dont get up till 10.45am and it probably would have been later if mum hadnt rung. So thanks mum

I just have a quick share with you today as I really should be getting dinner ready – but shhh dont tell.

This card was done using the Eastern Blooms stamp set from the Stampin’ Up!® Summer Mini Catalogue. The saying is from Short and Sweet stamp set – this is also another great value set with 12 stamps for just $29.95!

Its a lovely set with 5 different flower stamps for just $39.95 – that’s less than $8 per stamp and as you can see from this card they aren’t small stamps either.

This is a very quick and simple card and a great card for Stamp A Stacks!

Hope you like this little card as much I did making it. This card would also be great in other soft subtle colours with the brown too.
