Scrap Buddy!!
Posted by: | CommentsMy first night alone - well the girls were in bed and hubby was at an Eric Clapton concert - so it was lovely and quiet. Well until one of the kittens decided it was lonely and wanted company … so i picked him up and this is how we came to an agreement that he could sleep close by while i scrapped the Doodle Flower layout …
How cute is this little guy … just as well it was a warm night and i didnt need my slippers!!
Doodle here … Doodle there
Posted by: | CommentsWell I got my doodle genies today after patiently waiting for them to arrive (NOT!!)
So i finally got to complete the layout I wanted to use the templates on - I was inspired by one that I saw in the latest Creating Keepsakes magazine (Feb 2007).
All the flowers are ©Stampin’ Up!® and individually stamped and cut out - yes it took hours!!
Colour Challenge
Posted by: | CommentsI was lying in bed awake at 5am (sad but true) and thought I’d get up and do the cyber challenges for our Stampin’ Up!® Team.
This card is done combining the colour challenge (bravo burgundy, more mustard & ruby red) and the sketch challenge. Again I’ve used the Looks Like spring set and the ‘rock n roll’ technique on the flower and tag. This is the first time I’ve done the rock n roll and i must say I was impressed with how it turned out.

Presentation Day
Posted by: | CommentsHere are the girls proudly holding their trophies they received at the clubs Presentation Day. Caitlyn is also proudly displaying the Silver medal that was upgraded from bronze at the State Multiples Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition in November. Apparently there was an error in the tally sheet and in worked in her favour! I am so proud of them as they have done so much in Gymnastics in only 10 months - can you tell I am proud of them?? LOL
The layout is done using Spring Flowers designer papers and the frame is from the hodgepodge hardwareâ„¢ set and that lovely daisy from the Looks like Spring set.
